Respite Care

Domiciliary care provides the extra support you need to keep you want to be- at home. Domiciliary care services can provide a helping hand with household chores, personal care or, and championship. All our home care services are tailored around the needs of the service user.

Our domiciliary care service is not just here to support you at home but to support you to continue living your life, the way you would like to. We are able to take you to the shops, leisure and social centres/ activities such as going to the park. This supports you to live an independent life.

Travel Assistance

Enspira would provide respite care at the service user's home, giving you, as the person who typically takes care of them, time to relax and take care of yourself so you are better able to take care of them

At Enspira we understand that in order to care for your loved ones in the best possible way, you must take care of yourself. You can tend to personal errands, spend some time out of the home environment and emotionally and physically rejuvenate. This added support can help you better take care of yourself, meaning you can take better care of your loved one. Staff at Enspira are reliable, compassionate and fully qualified, giving you the confidence, you need to take the much-needed break.

Our respite care service is adaptable and catered to your individual needs. Our care options include;

Short Term packages- for example if you are looking to take on holiday
Long Term Regular visits – allowing you to take regular breaks to rest and recharge such as daily or weekly visits.

Night Care

At Esnpira, night care at home is a crucial component of what we offer. Our devoted team of individuals works throughout the night to ensure that our clients always feel supported and cared for.

The care professional will be on duty overnight for a minimum of 8 hours. This is to be provide support throughout the night. for example, if you wake during the night and require assistance using the bathroom or wake regularly as you have oral medication to be administered overnight, or require regular turns during the night due to medical conditions then our care professionals are there to provide this support.

The care professional is there at your side as and when you need them for the duration of the night, providing a high level of expert support.

Assessing the Community

We provide outreach community support to several different service users referred to us from various boroughs. This is usually followed with a referral from the local authority, based on the care package agreed with the local authority or on direct payment plan with parent. The care package varies from 3 hours per week support in the community and or more, depending on the need of the client as identified.

Community risk assessment, Aggressive behaviour risk assessment, vehicle risk assessment and personal care risk assessment (depending on the identified risk) will be carried out

Individual service user is supported in the community on either 2:1 or 1:1 staffing level based on the risk identified to enable safety and wellbeing of the service user and staff involved and maintaining duty of care.

Activities are planned around the service user’s personal choice and interest to give him/her a good day out in the community before returning him / her home safely to their parent.

At Enspira we pride ourselves on providing high quality, safe and efficient transport services to children, young people and adults who are vulnerable and potentially at Risk.
